How to fix “Price doesn’t match your website” on Wix

Google found a different price on your Wix product page from the one in your product data. If your products reach Google through a data feed, Wix’s own help says they don’t update in real time, so recent price changes are the most common cause.

Why it happens on Wix

  • You use the data feed URL and changed a price, but Merchant Center hasn’t fetched the feed again yet.
  • A sale or discount shows on the page but isn’t part of the product price Google has.
  • Your site shows visitors prices in their own currency, which doesn’t match the price and currency Google has for that country.

How to fix it

  1. Open the product link from Merchant Center in a private window and note the price.
  2. In Wix, check the product’s price and any sale price on the product itself.
  3. If you use the data feed: in Merchant Center, open your feed and press Fetch Now after price changes, and set the fetch schedule to daily.
  4. If you use Wix’s Google & YouTube connection, check the product is still listed and its details are up to date there.
  5. Turn on automatic item updates in Merchant Center (or with one click in Merchant Guard). Google then uses the price and stock on your product page when they differ from your data, which stops most new mismatches from becoming disapprovals.
  6. Let Google recrawl the page. The issue clears once the page and your data match.
