What it means

Google needs to know whether a product is new, used or refurbished, and it must match what your product page says. Used or refurbished items listed as new are a common cause of disapprovals.

How to fix it yourself

  1. Set condition to new, refurbished or used for each product.
  2. Make sure the product page states the same condition clearly, including in its structured data.
  3. For refurbished items, describe what was refurbished and any warranty on the page.
  4. Update the source and let Google reprocess the products.
